Refund/Return Policy


      While our chief aim is to strive for 100% customer satisfaction, we know that this is not always possible. As such, we have included our terms for a refund and return/exchange of products below.

     Guarantee. We guarantee our products do what they say they do, and NOT necessarily what the customer wishes, interprets, or would like them to do. If at any time one of our products does not do what it is said to do, we will issue a full refund to the customer.

     Digital Products. Digital products include any of the following: PDF files, audio files such as MP3 or MP4, any ebooks in e-reader format (kindle, ibooks, etc.) and any video format files. Due to the nature of these products being in electronic format and are downloadable, they are NOT eligible for refunds. There are certain circumstances however where a refund may be reasonable to grant. Such as:

     *The file has been corrupted and not able to be viewed, listened to, or both;

     *The file is too large to be downloaded

If any of those circumstances should arise, the customer should contact us by either using the contact form provided by clicking on the link provided to it at the bottom of any page on this website and send us a copy of the file or by emailing us We reserve the right to send a new file by email to correct the problem before issuing a refund. If after two(2) attempts by us to rectify the problem with a new file(s) fail, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

     Coaching/Counseling Services. Our Coaching or Counseling services are normally for a set period of time; however should a unique situation arise and both the customer and company representative agree it is in the best interest to terminate the coaching or counseling service, the reocurring payment for this service can be stopped or suspended. As this service is normally on a month-to-month basis, the present month service cannot be refunded, but any future monthly payments will be stopped or suspended.

     Monthly Memberships. Access to "Member Only" section(s) of this website is a paid service, and as such is normally purchased by a reocurring payment. Should the customer choose to opt out of the monthly membership service, he or she need only to contact the company using either the contact form provided or by email to the address: The current month's fee cannot be refunded; however any future payments will be stopped or suspended.

     Physical Items.  Physical items iclude tangibles like: T-shirts, sweatshirts, towels, water bottles, and any other tangible item we sell on our site. If any of our items are discovered to be defective or they are not what the customer ordered, a full refund of the purchase price plus any shipping fees will be issued to the customer. The customer need only to contact us by either of the above methods shown and then send back the defective or incorrect item to: Third Power Vitality, 729 West Evelyn Avenue, Louisville, Ky 40215. The customer has 30 days from the day the order ships from our headquarters to return the item or items in question. The customer may also request an even exchange for said item(s) in the event it is either defective or incorrect by following the same protocol as listed above.
